Holding qualifications as a Company Secretary and a Master’s Degree in Law, Deepak has a distinguished career in the Compliance and regulatory field, marked by a dedication to upholding ethical standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Inspired by personal incident, Deepak co-founded this NGO to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries and wheelchair users. Driven by the journey of his sister, who has been living with a spinal cord injury for over 15 years, Deepak is enthusiastic about creating a supportive and inclusive community.

At our NGO, Deepak leverages his extensive legal knowledge and personal insights to advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities. Through innovative programs and unwavering dedication, Deepak strives to enhance accessibility, promote independence, and foster a society where everyone can thrive.

Naveen Kumar Agarwal is a highly esteemed member of the Unchaiyaan Trust, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization. With a B.Com. and Chartered Accountant qualifications, Naveen also serves as the Honorary Secretary of Agarwal Siksha Samiti and the Senior Vice Chairman of The Agrasen Co-operative Bank. As our most senior member, his extensive experience, guidance, and financial acumen have been invaluable to our Trust. In his role as a Chartered Accountant, Naveen meticulously oversees our financial strategies and ensures robust fiscal management, further strengthening our mission. Moreover, Naveen’s dedication is deeply personal, as he is also a valued family member, adding a unique and heartfelt commitment to his contributions. His wisdom and leadership make him a true gem of our board.
